|Entries for Second Session 2017|
|Entries for the second session of racing (beginning 3rd/6th October 2017) will open on Monday 11th September 2017 for the first five weeks, entries for the remaining weeks will open on Monday 9th October 2017.|
|IMPORTANT: Tyre Safety Information|
|If you use tubular tyres they MUST be stuck on firmly. Failure to do so is a danger to yourself and other riders. Our race officials will carry out random checks to ensure compliance with this instruction. Any rider whose tyres are found to be insecurely fixed will be suspended from racing until the problem is rectified. Thanks for your co-operation.|
|Division 1 Group Information|
|With many new riders
registering for Division 1 in 2016, the track league organisers have
assigned new riders to groups based on information from the rider's
profile on the BC website.
In some cases it may be more appropriate for a rider to be moved to another group, and where necessary this will be done during the first few weeks of the league once a rider's capabilities have been assessed. In all cases the group to which a rider is assigned is at the absolute discretion of the track league organisers.
|Event Dates & Registration 2016|
The event dates for 2016 are as follows:
Registration for 2016 will open on 7th December 2015 at 10am together with entries for the first 6 weeks of both leagues. Entries for the remaining 5 weeks of the first session will open on 11 Jan 2016.Entries for the second sessions first 4 weeks to open on 12th September at 10am and for the remaining 4 weeks on 10th October 2016
|Autumn Session entries open 14th September|
|Entries for the first 4 events in the autumn session will open on Monday 14th September, and the remaining 4 events on Monday 5th October. Entry is online and for registered rides only via the links on our homepage.|
|2015 Autumn session entries delayed|
Due to circumstances beyond our control, we have had to delay taking entries for the second session of the 2015 track league which were due to open on 1st September.
The National Cycling Centre have not yet confirmed our bookings despite several requests from our organiser.
As soon as we have this confirmation we will post this here on our website and via our social media feeds, and entries will open.
The committee of the Manchester Regional Track League apologise for this delay which is as frustrating for us as it will be for our members.
|MRTL Annual General Meeting 2014|
The AGM will take place on Monday 10th March 2014
at 8.00pm at The National Cycling Centre, Manchester.
All MRTL registered riders and officials are eligible to attend. Proposals for inclusion on the agenda and nominations for track league committee positions must be received by the MRTL Secretary no later than 18th February 2014.

|If you change your club or team affiliation after you have registered for the Track League, it is important that you let us know. Please do so using the email link here.|
|Dates for 2014|
|The confirmed dates for
the 2014 season of the Track League are:
Premier Division 07/01/14 to 08/04/14 & 14/10/14 to 02/12/14
First Division: 10/01/14 to 11/04/14 & 17/10/14 to 05/12/14
Registrations for the 2014 season will open Monday 9th December 2014.

|Session 2 Entries|
Online entries for the second session of the 2013 season which runs from October to December will open on 1st September.
MRTL Premier Division 2013 Session 1 will take place on Tuesday evenings at 19:30 from 8th January until 12th March, and Session 2 from 1st October until 3rd December (not on 8th October due to UCI World Masters and 29th October due to UCI World Cup).
MRTL First Division 2013 Session 1 will take place on Friday evenings at 19:30 from 11th January until 15th March (not on 31st January due to Badminton Championships), and Session 2 from 4th October until 6th December (not on 11th October due to UCI World Masters and 1st November due to UCI World Cup).
|2013 Points Competition|
For the 2013 season, the overall points competitions for both Premier Division and First Division events will be run on a season long basis. The overall winner of each league will be the rider with the most points at the end of the season.
For the Premier Division, the winner will be awarded the Derek Bowyer Trophy, MRTL winners jersey and prize money. Second and third place finishers will also receive prize money.
For the First Division, the winner will be awarded the Peter Lickfold Trophy, MRTL winners jersey and prize money. Second and third place finishers will also receive prize money. Additionally, the best placed female rider will receive a trophy and prize money.
